1. SPONSOR

The Ultimate Outdoors Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by:

The Giveaway is conducted in partnership with Drake Non-Typical and Cruzr Saddles.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of Northwood Grand Expeditions, LLC, Drake Non-Typical, Cruzr Saddles, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on June 6, 2026, at 12:00 Eastern Time and ends on July 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form available on the Northwood Grand Expeditions website during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless additional bonus entry methods are specifically authorized by the Sponsor.

The use of automated systems, bots, fraudulent entries, multiple identities, or any attempt to circumvent the entry process may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Hunting Package provided by Northwood Grand Expeditions, Drake Non-Typical, and Cruzr Saddles.

The prize package has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $7,000 USD.

Prize components may include hunting equipment, apparel, accessories, gear, services, and related products provided by the participating partners.

Specific products, models, sizes, colors, and configurations are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the Sponsor's discretion.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or about August 8, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided during entry.

The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

If the winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. VERIFICATION OF WINNER

The selected winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release before receiving the prize.

Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Northwood Grand Expeditions, Drake Non-Typical, and Cruzr Saddles to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photographs, video, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By entering the Giveaway, participants may choose to receive marketing communications from Northwood Grand Expeditions and participating giveaway partners.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used for the administration of the Giveaway and, where consent is provided, for marketing communications from the Sponsor and participating partners.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

14. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Northwood Grand Expeditions, LLC, Drake Non-Typical, Cruzr Saddles, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor and participating partners are not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, server issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

16. GOVERNING LAW

The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Tennessee.
